We are letting our Cherry Tomato plants grow wild. You can see some of the ripe tomatoes on the left side of the picture.
The tomatoes are very sweet and delicious.
We are using them in Salsa and for our salads.
Too bad we can't use the leaves for anything other than to make compost.
Apparently, you can use them against black spot on roses, and against asparagus beetles. If asparagus beetles hate it, probably other bad bugs do as well.

Of course, compost is very useful.
I am envious that you are gardening in paradise. I am in the sub-arctic. My tomato seedlings are in my basement under a light. I won't be able to plant them outside for at least a month.
