I went spearfishing today and picked up two nice size Nenue. I used one of them to make Spicy Poke. I hope to make a video of the catch and the food prep.
The salad is Lettuce and Cherry Tomatoes with the Spicy Nenue Poke mixed in.
I also made some Sushi with the left over Poke.
I still have a little left and I think I will eat if for breakfast tomorrow.
It is so rewarding to eat the fish we catch and the vegetables that we grown.
So delicious! I think I should move to Hawaii and live on the lava. :-P
