3D Pritner Modifications

While I wait for the parts on my new Laser cutter build, I thought I would use the time to work on the 3D printer that I haven't touched in over a year.

The wire loom used cheap wire from Jaycar electronics and it has already broken inside the insulation on a number of connectors. Cheap shit.

I have ordered some 20AWG silicone coated flexible wire from aliexpress in order to make new wiring looms.

I also have a 3D printed part that I designed a while ago that is on thingiverse for the BL Touch to hook upto a Wanhao Duplicator I3 version 2.1 or later.

The other modification was pretty easy, it was just a couple of pieces of angle aluminium to make a level bracket for the drag chain
