Completed the framework for the table that is going to sit the laser cutter.
It will have an area to the right for the CW-5200 water chiller and 3 areas for cutting stock.
The top cutting stock area will allow stock of 900mm x 1000mm to be stored as a maximum size, however the bed of the laser cutter is only 900mm x 600mm so that is the size that will realistically be put in there
The other two areas are 600 x 1000 and 300 x 1000 respectively - perfect for A3 and A4 size pieces
The base of the cart/trolley/table is 0.7mm stainless steel cut to 1600 x 1000 and then pot riveted onto the aluminium frame.
The wheels are held onto the stainless steel sheet by having two pieces of steel flat bar drilled and tapped to allow M6 screws to screw into them making sure that the wheels pull or rip out from the drill holes in the sheet
I will be adding more rivets and wheels on another day as well as adding the table top and shelves.
Nice work!
