sure.
The plot is about 2000m².
House is at about 180m² base area on 2 floors plus a cellar are of about 100m².
Located in the very south in the middle of Skåne. About 25 minutes away from Lund and 35 from Malmö.
Price was 210000 SEK which is about 23000 EUR.
Not much.
But we had to connect to the sewer system which added about 150000 SEK .. 16000 EUR (only 110000 SEK fees plus all the work and materials).
End of the day .. 37000 EUR .. and a lot of work ;)
But that was kind of the appealing part. Shaping a house in it's entirety to our own ideas. And it's very very rare to find a house of that size at all here.

Wow! That's a lot of money for a sewerconnection för toaletten! I once saw an ad på Swedbank in Falun for an ö. It was the same price but wihtout a house! Again keep us posted as I love to see something happen from Sverige! All the best!
