VirtualDJ (also called Virtual DJ and VDJ) is a music and video mixing software released by the American company Atomix Productions Inc. dedicated to DJs mixing at home or in the evening.
VirtualDJ works under both PC and Mac systems and allows disc jockeys working on a computer to mix music and / or video, with or without an external controller (s). DJs can control the software with a MIDI controller or by using traditional DJ equipment such as CDJS and mixers through the vinyl / CD emulation of the software.
