Hello Steemians, I’m Dick Akers from Virginia USA. I would like to tell you a little about myself in the form of my introduction. Born and raised in New England along with 3 other brothers and a sister, when of age the Korean conflict was raging, it was enlist or be drafted. Was in the Air Force for four years, as a boom operator on a B29, the B29 that i was on was converted from a bomber to an inflight refuler, at altitude we could get to the top speed of 326 mph that was really moving in those days. After discharge I sold for a living to support me and my family. I’m retired and on the far side of the mountain of life, looking for something to do and maybe make some money to boot. Thanks pic.jpg
