Recording DKMU Godforms

I spent the last few days working with sound for an upcoming alchemical.tv film. The movie is a record of the DKMU Godform Cycle I performed earlier this year with @antonchanning. During each week, we filmed the altar and anything that seemed to somehow relate to the spirit, such as sightings of spiders for Ellis, or a boat cruise for Zalty. I have sorted the footage and organised the files in Final Cut, ready for editing. Last weekend we recorded the spirit calls we also used during the operation, modified versions of the ones in the DKMU Egregores book.

After that, we went through our notes and write down messages received from the godforms. Many were too personal to include in a film, but some seemed universal enough to make them worth sharing. We also recorded the text of the Conjunctio Mass, our DKiaMU version of the Gnostic Mass. It only seemed fair that DKMU spirits should assist us in such effort.

The recording was magick. We gave the DKMU gods voice, quite literally. It was a very strange and an amazing feeling to do so. The inspiration to do these recordings came in a dream. It was a very powerful dream, that I suddenly remembered, related to 663.

I was a schoolkid again and I met other kids from my class. We were all a bit strange, like adults inside kids bodies. They invited me to play a game. I felt a little intimidated, but I agreed. We gathered under a large tree, possibly an oak, and I was given a wooden dice to roll. I wasn't sure what the rules were but I rolled the dice. Once it stopped rolling, I picked it up to see what I got. It had 663 written on it. Seeing the number made me go lucid instantly. 'Ooh! Doombringer' exclaimed the kids, confirming my lucid recognition.

This dream popped back into my consciousness later that day and I knew we had to speak with 663. The overall message he gave me was 'intensify your efforts' and so we did. So far, this translated into 3 days of intensive work, not a full-time 8h day, but pretty much all of my waking time, spend on sound recording and editing. I feel a wee bit tired but also very excited and happy with achieved results. I have no idea when DKMU godform film will be ready, but we certainly made some good progress.
