Snapdeal Founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal were booked for cheating under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code after businessman Indermohan Singh Honey complained that he was delivered fakes.
I don't understand why company like Snapdeal can do this with customers. They are a reputed name in online shopping industry and recently they got funding from Anand Piramal group. They must ensure that it doesn't happen again because this puts very bad impact on reputation of the company.
Genuineness is the first thing that one needs while shopping online and if fake products are delivered then i think its a serious issue. There is no excuse for this and police must take the action against to teach them lesson.
