So there goes the violators. How could they passed to get permits for their violations? What did the past administration did? SM Group of Companies is one them. Owned by the late richest man in the Philippines. So these rich people has been destroying our environment.

I cant believe 3 restos are making a huge diffeeence to the cesspit that is manila bay! they should attack the big industry and port that make most of the pollution there!
