A wild turkey coming in contact with a primary feeder line was the cause of a power outage that lasted about an hour and a half and affected about 350 Eugene Water & Electric Board customers in southeast Eugene, EWEB spokesman Joe Harwood said.The outage started about 5:45 a.m. and power was restored by 7:12 a.m., according to Harwood.
