A new book by the global advocacy arm of the world’s largest pasta maker argues for a plant-based diet, rich in fruits, vegetables and grains--including pasta—to improve both health and environmental sustainability.

We can't allow this to keep happening. Gigantic corporations with an interest in selling specific products should not have any influence on what information goes out to the public about whether or not that specific product is healthy.
