    Yes I have seen in one of the articles about DAICO. DAICO is a mechanism by which contributors can send funds to the project in exchange for network-specific tokens.

    No, it is more a guaranteed that the project is moving forward and developers have access to a certain amount of money at each milestone accomplished.
