Have you experience an error on your YouTube app saying "Youtube is not available on this device" or the same issue.

Base on what I know, there are TV's affected by this kind of restriction which include TCL, Sharp, Changhong, Hisense, Devant, Skyworth and Coocaa.

However, on this post we talk more about Coocaa and Skyworth. Hope this will help you solving the problem.
