Have you ever seen a hanger like this in the kitchen? @ecoinstante really wanted to get this finished, so I helped her cut and sand the wood.
She then used her router to cut the letters and wheat stalks, and then painted. After a layer of lacquer, I drilled the pilot holes and screwed in the metalic bits.
The final step was bringing a drill with a cement bit with us and mounting hangers in the wall, which I did with regular screws and concrete anchors.
Have you done any crafts recently? Have you made anyone smile with crafts recently?

I am definitely a "hang stuff" person. I have my measuring cups (well ...most of them, lol) hanging from under my cabinets, and scissors and potholders on the wall.
I haven't been doing crafts for the past week or so. I need to get back into it. But I also need to catch up on dishes...

Looks like a good way to keep utensils accessible and always in reach. It would certainly help me with finding things. Half my time spent cooking is actually just looking for what I need hahaha :S
