Moody's Investors Services has upgraded Pakistan's  economic outlook from negative to stable. Last year Moody downgraded Pakistan's economy ranking to negative to country's depleting foreign exchange reserves. Pakistan's Ministry of Finance has welcomed the Moody's decision and attributed this to the government's policies.
