Yes he is off his trolly. Nothing wrong with smoking weed, but the optics are horrible. Guy shouldn't be getting ripped as his company is tanking. On the plus side, I am all for hype of the new legal marijuana market. Huge bull market developing in Canadian cannabis stocks!

Because like @Turnboss said,he is the CEO of a multi billion dollar corp with a lot of shareholders and people relying on its succes for their pensions. This is how it is whatever your political bent. Getting spliffed up during an interview doesnt exactly fill me with confidence in his state of mind, and as for his inane twitter rantings. The guy needs to take a break and learn to delegate.

He took one puff off of a blunt and didn't even inhale. That's not exactly getting spliffed up, I'm sorry. I'd be far more concerned that he was drunk, personally. Even that is fine, though. CEOs and billionaires need to put a little life into living just like the rest of it. Give the guy a break.
