Baked beans are my absolute favourite food. I eat them most days. They are healthy and nutricious and take just a couple of minutes to warm up, or you can eat them cold. I can't get enough of them, usually on toast but just for a change I think I might try some of these recipes!!

I would also like to taste baked beans. It contains protein, antioxidant and other vital nutrients and can prevent fatty liver and diminish the risk of cancer.
