Binasbasan nitong Martes, June 18, ang itinatayong Building 3 ng Romblon Provincial Hospital sa bayan ng Odiongan, Romblon.

Pinangunahan ito nina Incumbent Governor Eduardo Firmalo, Chief of Hospital Dr. Benedict Anatalio, at Dr. Ruth Cervo, chief ng DOH-Romblon.
