India is really turning into a banana republic. A poor auto rikshaw driver feels connected to a leader, and wants to show support. the leader could have been anyone, happens to be one against the ruling party at the centre at the moment. He gets fined 10k and that is probably half of what he makes in a month. Shamless! Shame on you, delhi police.
