In the Philippines, the govt implemented many years ago, have a UBI scheme called, 4P's , Pangtawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, it is making strides for poor household to make enough to let their children sent to public school.
It was a success, but alot of improvements should be made, and funding should be increased, and validation of recipients.
