People tend to eat more when they are given a larger portion of unhealthful food. A new study asks whether the same rule applies for healthful snacks.

what is difficult is to choose the products to be combined

One can make small portion of each thing and they can´t double theirs because other must taste all different foods too... 

If I am hungry, I will eat the full portion, whether small size or big size, healthy or unhealthy! I don't find any extra health benefits from this study.
