Clarence Shipley Jr. was freed from prison after spending almost 3 decades in jail for a crime he did not commit. He was convicted for the killing of a chef. Throughout his incarceration, he maintained his innocence. Four years ago, the family hired a retired detective who found holes in the case.

This year, Mr. Shipley will celebrate the holidays at home with his family.
