Have you ever seen something like this? The complete sculpture is made out of glass. It is delicate, beautiful and kitschy and on the same time crawling and a bit disturbing. I love it. The artist is Amber Cowan who reuses old materials for her work as she explains "This piece is made from a dead stock batch of mint green and river green cullet from a now defunct pressed glass factory in West Virginia. The large round piece pieces are original lamp bases."

A lot of mixed feelings while looking at this art...

interesting , can you tell why?

Some pieces are pleasant to look at (round shaped), some are not (tentacle shaped), and there are so many of them crampled in a small space.

Yes, I can understand this. For me this is what it makes interessting and different. The crawlyness combined with the "sweet/cute" colors (she has many sculptures in pastel shades)
