Being non-friendly to cryptocurrency and blockchain is starting to have an impact. Malta is one of the leading nations, making a conscious effort to embrace blockchain by providing clear regulation.
The United States, is mired in the fog. Some states took an aggressive stance in their adoption yet the Federal regulators are all over the place.
Steve Wozniak, one of the co-founders of Apple took notice. Not only that, he also took his project to Malta. He said adios to the U.S. and is heading this up in Malta.
Countries that fall behind in blockchain and cryptocurrency adoption could find themselves at an economic disadvantage.
