pakistan  top star player aisam-ul-haq has termed the decision by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) to move the pak-India davis cup tie from Pakistan to a neutral venue. aisam-ul-haq said the ITF decision was shocking, disappointing, heartbreaking and heartbreaking news as there was no reason why the Pakistan-India davis Cup tie should be moved outside pakistan.
