  Did you get up this morning with worries on your mind about how your week is gonna go? 

Fuck fear! 

Are you scared of heading in to work today for one reason or the other? 

Fuck fear!! 

Don't want to get embarrassed in front of your colleagues? 

Fuck fear!!! 

Scared of speaking up for what matters to you? 

Duck fear!!! 

 

  It's alright to be scared, but that doesn't mean we have to wallow in it. The fear is only there so we can rise above it and be better, stronger, and much more confident in ourselves.
