Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists he can bring success to Stamford Bridge this season despite the club's transfer embargo.
I hope for Frank he is right, but I think this is the talk of a manager that wants to keep the crowd happy and talks the talk they want to hear.
With all due respect, but without Hazard, Chelsea loses half of their scoring ability. If the place of Hazard can't be filled by someone from the inside, it could be a very difficult season ahead for Chelsea.
I don't know what the potential of their youngsters is, but they will have to pick up the pace of the premiership very fast to be able to compete with City, United, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal and even Everton...
But who knows, maybe Lampard is a coaching genius, you never know...
Sincerely,

I sure hope he's right, as a Chelsea fan I'm tired of new players coming in while others leave all the time.
He will need that Hazard replacement though
