What might be the effect on the pricing/value of the existing housing stock if new houses can be printed for much cheaper? Might millions of people who thought they’d built up equity in their homes instead have underwater mortgages? Might their income from the tokenization of life and the attention economy more than offset that?

I like the blockchaining of the designs for monetization. I hope they manufacture them with sustainability in mind rather than make them disposable or wasteful.
Affordable housing would definitely be a great use for this and I am looking forward to seeing these advances.

The housing industry will also take a hit due to property no longer being the go-to store of value. Anyone can put any amount of value into the cryptosphere without having to take out a loan or jump through any other hoops and red tape.
Why put your money into the housing market when the crypto market is gaining value at an exponential pace? 2020 is going to be a crazy year when the Bitcoin halfening rolls around.
