The Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate with the help of the Russian government has given ministers and hierarchs to Orthodox devotees abroad, people who have regularly served the Russian government just as much as they have served Russian Orthodoxy.

Presently, it shows up, some in Moscow try to have the Muslim people group of the Russian Federation assume a similar job abroad.

Damir Mukhetdinov, minister of the Moscow Islamic Institute, said his school could turn into "a genuine 'produce'" to give "profound units" for Russia as well as for Eurasia and Western Europe.

All things considered, the Moscow Islamic Institute will concentrate most importantly on giving such "units" to the previous Soviet republics in Central Asia and in the Caucasus; however he unmistakably tries to send his alumni to different nations too.
