To build a nation proper and effective education is a must, what we see in our country, there’s no quality teacher, for this who are responsible definitely appointing authorities, without understanding a subject and only memoriesing the students can't be proper educated and ultimately they can not render quality service to the respective fields for example appointing authorities can not perform their respective duties.
