My PC problem

Anyone here who can solved this problem?

I need your help very much.

Note: when i open my PC it shows this scene. Its happen sometimes. Most of time my PC are ok.

Maybe you can search from Google. There are a lot of articles that can help.

I already google it. The results did not help me. Thats why i posted it here.

I wish i found someone in Dlike who can help me to ride this problem.
