System chips with a built-in 5G modem coming. Huawei and Samsung have announced new versions of the Kirin and Exynos system chips at the Berlin IFA trade show, which will incorporate a 5G modem, which will enable more compact and economical 5G devices.

The 5G modem built into the SoC itself is a big deal, as with all devices available so far, it is located outside of it, on the motherboard. This causes all sorts of problems, from scaling up the appliances to overheating them.

We are still managing 3G here in Ghana and 5G is already out 😣

Sorry for you :( we here have 4G but I expect 5G in two years...

Alright. We have 4G but you can seldom get speeds of 1mbps so I regard it as 3G. Download speed us often around 300kbps

Well, I don't know. 3G is not enough for leisurely work, but 4G is. I can smoothly use the phone for work. I don't know what to expect from 5G...

Let's wait and see
