Mitchell Trubisky is struggling in his third NFL season.
One former NFL coach who chose to remain anonymous, says the head coach of the Bears is to blame. This coach has a Super Bowl ring.
He says that Coach Nagy put in so many gimmick plays last season that Trubisky does not know how to play NFL football. He lacks the ability to properly go through reads for example.
Now that other coaches caught on to the gimmicks, they are able to stop them. This is putting more pressure on the young quarterback.
