Martin O’Neill has been sacked as Nottingham Forest manager after a player revolt left the Championship club with no option but to act. And Forest have moved swiftly to appoint O’Neill’s replacement by naming Sabri Lamouchi, a former Rennes manager in the French top flight, as his successor
