President Rodrigo Duterte is hoping that his successor will maintain the modernization program of the AFP and take care of the needs of the uniformed personnel.
One of the best assets for the next Philippine president we could have and that I will be choosing/voting for the next term is a supportive one and a sympathizing human in all aspects of his government.
