I agree with this. I do not believe IBM can be trusted anymore than the establish companies. They are all trying to maintain control.

IBM is helping in one way, it is bringing the term blockchain to the public eye. Even though I do not consider it to be truly the goal, it is a step. Their need to control will be the downfall. I do not buy "permissioned" blockchains.
