Manchester United make a £70m bid for Leicester's England defender Harry Maguire, who has also attracted interest from Manchester City. It is understood that Leicester's board have been made aware of Maguire's wishes and that the 26-year-old would welcome the chance to step up to what he regards as a higher level.
