The acroyoga skill called "pick pocket" is one of my all-time favorite acroyoga combos! I learned this skill years ago from at one of my first AcroYoga workshops that I attended. This is one of my favorite things to teach people when I want to show off something new. It can be challenging when first learning it. Once you feel comfortable with it, you can rock it super fast!
One of my friends from Texas, loves to see how many he can do in a row. So now starts a friendly challenge to see how many full "Pick pocket" rotations you can do!
