This cellular unit of an eco-village came out of a contemplation of an ideal sustainable homestead land trust taking form as a pattern language design of an icosa-crete cohousing Penta cluster. This collection of design vocabulary on How to Build a Better Home combines pattern language design as initiated by Christopher Alexander, permaculture design created by Bill Mollison, Bau-biology as came out of Germany, and land trusts modeling Legacy invisible structuring strategies in addition to my professional experience working hands-on constructing mainstream and natural building structures over the last 30 years. Heavily influenced by on Walden Pond by Henry David Thoreau, 'Small Is Beautiful' by EF Schumacher, and 'The Fountainhead' by Ayn Rand

This design was initiated after my first visit to Puerto Rico for the crypto conference restart week and was presented on stage at the second restart week in Puerto Rico a few months later. Created as a solution to help those locals displaced by Hurricane Maria to achieve sovereignty over life's necessicities.

Presented here as a family compound that is partially shared with the public and 40% kept for private use. This design was not assembled to be marketed for profit, nor as a mere intellectual exercise, but is intended for personal use to attain true freedom from dependency on outside inputs.

I am sharing this as an open source design to allow any that might be interested to benefit from my many years spent researching technological solutions for self-sustainability used all around the world.
