Hello Steemians! I'm back after 3 days of not doing Yoga - it's ok to take a break from exercise if your body needs it (especially if you feel exhausted). Today I'm starting my new sessions with Hatha Yoga. This kind of Yoga takes a lot of strength and good will, but it will bring you many benefits, so keep up the good work!
