Inside Lower Norfair. Minutes of traversing later, I fight both Ridley and the Gold Torizo, which allowed me to get the Plasma Beam and the remaining two Chozo Guardians; One of them at Lower Norfair and the other one at Maridia. With all 12 Guardians disarmed, I can get access to Tourian.
