The idea is to use a weight you can do for 15 reps, then hold your arms up with no weights for 30 seconds which keeps your muscles flexed and doesn't allow you to rest between sets, and then repeat if you can. This is definitely one of the most painful training techniques I have used and it gets harder as you go farther into your sets! Try it out and let me know what you think!
