Hello out there my friends!!!
As I mentioned in my last post, I attended the inaugural NEO Blockchain Toronto MeetUp at York University yesterday. It was great to see that NEO is truly a globally reaching project and that is growing!Yesterday’s event brought out developers, investors, and even some of those brand new to crypto. Michael Herman, a NEO developer that transitioned from being an Ethereum developer, did a great job of giving us a high level understanding of the NEO ecosystem, and then drilled down to get to the answer of some of the burning questions that the audience had. I may touch back on this presentation in another blog, once the slides have been released, but I want to talk about another highlight to the night. Near the end of the talk Michael brought up Jason Chao, the young CEO and founder of a project being built on the NEO platform.
After the event had ended, I stuck around and made some awesome connections with the other attendees, and also took the chance to pick Jason’s brain a little more about his project. In the end I was able to pull him aside for a quick impromptu interview. You can check that out here:
