Hello users, with the advent of DLive and my using of the platform, a lot of people have asked me how I stream to both StreamMe and DLive without using a service such as Restream.io, which sacrifices quality and surrenders control of your livestreams, and also adds a delay to the streams.
First of all, my main platform is StreamMe, and I will most likely continue to have it be my priority going forward, but because I really like STEEM and also really like the DLive team, I want to contribute to both platforms to the best of my ability.
For this article I will be using two instances of OBS-Studio, one of which that streams to StreamMe and one that streams to DLive. I will write this in such a way that assumes you're already a livestreamer of some sort and have a basic understanding of how OBS-Studio works, if you're completely new, maybe I can help you some other time. This also assumes that you have a good internet connection and PC. Depending on your resources you may need to adjust quality settings in various ways I won't discuss here, but let's keep this focused.
STEP 1: Configuring The Main Stream
So, this is where I will assume that you know how to use OBS enough, and already have a configured main stream that doesn't need any changes made.
STEP 2: Creating a New Profile
Make a new profile by clicking on Profile -> New, alternatively, you can use Duplicate to copy all settings into the new profile. Either way, you should have two profiles now, one that points to your main stream, and then the other being the side stream.
STEP 3: Configure Your Side Stream
For this example, I am using DLive as my side stream. DLive tends to lag when super-high quality is broadcasted to it, in my experience, so what I do is just cut my settings in half or so so that the stream is stable enough to run without stuttering. These are the settings I use, they may not be ideal or the best possible, but they work just fine with the kind of stream I run and the games I play:
Don't worry too hard about the numbers here, just fiddle around until it works without stutters, it's always possible that in the future it will be more capable, so it's not the biggest deal and is subject to change based on the user.
STEP 4: Close and Re-Open OBS-Studio
Close OBS-Studio and re-open it so that your settings are saved permanently.
STEP 5: Open A Second Instance of OBS-Studio
Now, OBS-Studio should just be able to be clicked on again and open a second copy. You may get this pop up, just click Launch Anyway.
STEP 6: Changing Profiles on Each And Set Up Scenes
So now we have both copies side-by-side. If you know anything about streaming and sources, you'd know that, say a webcam for example, can only be connected to one thing at a time, and since we have two instances of OBS, it would only be able to be connected to one. This is easy to get around, just use your second OBS to window capture the first, and crop out all the junk around it.
STEP 7: Task Priority
One thing I had noticed upon completion of these steps is that audio/video would desync on both streams after a random amount of time. This is most likely due to competing for the same resources by both copies of OBS. The simple fix I found was to go into the task manager and set both to "Realtime" Priority.
STEP 8: Stream Dat Shit
You should be good to go now, so just start streaming! If you have any issues it may be due to lack of resources, so I suggest lowering some quality and keep trying until you get a stable signal on each stream. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I'll try my best to assist when I have time! Also, if you like my streams, please sign up for StreamMe with my referral link so I can get some nice rewards. Thanks for reading! :D

That is one seriously handy tutorial! Not that I can see myself ever streaming again, but hey! Is it worth posting it in the DLive discord group?
