Delay is much lower (about 10 seconds), having trouble finding a bufferless upload rate but it could have been the time of day, and either 7.1 channel audio, AAC encoding, or 48khz sample rate are causing replay generation failure. My money is on the 7.1 channel audio, 5.1 worked good though.
Going to run some more test in an hour
