I had a similar issue, different things work for different people. I cleared cache and my browser history and then logged out and logged back in. This seemed to work for me (Using chrome). If you are still struggling feel free to reach out to DLive's discord for further help!

I have been streaming on dlive for two hours wondering why there has been no comments, only to find out that I do not even have a post on Steemit. So I have wasted a lot of my time.
I can only assume it is to do with this error that came up(for no reason that I can think of), which is another thing you will want to fix. I took a screenshot of it only to show you anyway, but this having me stream for two hours for no reason at all really needs to be addressed.
