UPDATE : New rules and New UPVOTE system added to our Discord

Hello #DUnite family!

Today we're bringing some new features to the Discord that will make the voting process much more EFFICIENT and TRANSPARENT!

These features include, but are not limited to;

Everyone in the community will be able to see who's receiving the upvotes and which team member confirmed it.

The upvotes will be done directly via the stream and video promotion channels.

A bunch of steem related commands (full list available soon, still a work in progress)

Rules and community guidelines

Now of course with these new features, we need to enforce a few rules to make sure everything goes smoothly! We hope this will help improve the interactions with all the creators in the #TeamDUnite Discord.

Don't use the Discord just to dump your links, engage with the community! You would be surprised how much you can expand your audience by talking with other creators ;)

Do not beg for upvotes. The general-chat channel is for engaging with others, not for spam.

Only steemit links in the promotion channels, dlive links cannot get upvoted by the bot. Steemit links look nicer too ;)

The last one is really important as this is now the main place we will check for giving out upvotes. And dlive links cannot be upvoted by the bot, yet. The first 2 are more like guidelines to make sure everyone have the best experience possible on the Discord.

Well, I hate to annoy people and sorry to burst your bubble guys, but you still haven't addressed the situation related to the DUnite split and the real problem. Which camp or group is the real one? Who is the founder? What do you say at accusations that you've taken other man's intellectual property? How are you planning to remedy that situation? Will you compensate him for what you've done? What can community expect from you in the next few weeks? And many other things...

It's all nice and dandy, yeah, you added a bot to the discord channel. That is so cool. Wow, truly amazing and I bet not a lot of people can do that!

Where is that transparency you're talking about? You two are responsible for throwing out a member of your own group, a founder at that, over a dispute you had? And you haven't even talked it over? Not a single person that delegated to that account was informed before that? Or were they informed?

Why didn't you inform the community? And if community is in your best interests, why didn't you approach them/us and told us what's going on? Who should decide if he should leave? You two? Why is playing cloak and dagger so important to you two?

There is a lot of confusion right now and you haven't really answered any of the questions asked by many people and in some things you're repeating yourselves. There were some answers given, but they were almost political and vague. Senators and politicians would be proud.

You have promised to deal with this issue but it seems like you're doing everything you can to do nothing at all. Is that right?

I think that you owe the community some real answers. We just want to know WTF is happening and you should put some effort into that. Stop doing your streams and address the situation and deal with the things you've caused.

Calling yourself a founder/leader doesn't make you one, the DUnite idea was brought up as a team. The idea at first was simply to be a group of streamers who support each other to get better at what we do. However it quickly evolved as @shobek and me put a lot of work in to give a proper direction to the project. That person claiming we're thieves didn't actually create any of this. He was basically a spectator going around calling himself a leader and profiting from it. And now that we denied him access to what is rightfully ours he's going around spreading complete lies.

Everything related to intellectual property is on transparent display for everyone to see. All the data is accessible on the steem blockchain.

All we do is give to the community, we don't ask for anything in return. I don't think we need to consult the community when it comes to internal decisions, however we do discuss with investors of the project because we want them to know what we're doing with their money/steem power.

Most of that confusion comes from someone who is no longer part of the project. We split, and I kept what was mine. If I didn't protect my assets, that person would have kept all of our work and take all the credits for it.

I hope that clears out most of the confusion. Feel free to ask anything, and if you see us do something you think we shouldn't be doing, then call us out!

I appreciate what you're doing and I do want people to know about everything that happened recently. We haven't even talked with the ex team member since the split, but we're going to have a meeting soon if he agrees to it.

We're doing our best, and we learn new things everyday. Thank you @zneeke for being hard on us, it forces us to make sure we do everything right!

There was no split and there was no intellectual property stolen. Baba was removed from the team. Baba claimed to have delegated steem power and said he wanted it back(he didnt know you can check). If you check his wallet history, hes never sent steem or delegated any ever lol he is a liar in more than one way. Btw ur asking "Who should decide if he should leave?" why do you think it should be up to the public community whether someone stays? Thats like asking any other business the same question, its up to the leaders, not you.

@zneeke Btw you get better ROI selling your upvotes rather than delegating steem to Jerry Banfield. You delegate your steem to JB then he sells upvotes with the delegated steem. You can set ur page up to automatically sell upvotes and you'll also be the one reaping the curation reward while also giving people the chance of upvoting you back or at least checking out your page.

Both of those are good examples. I believe smart steem is more profitable right now. Especially if you get your page whitelisted by posting good content and applying for white listing.

Yeah. I already am white listed on smartsteem.
I was curious and I was checking how much one can get with 300 SP delegation. Minnowbooster gives less (under 20% apr), unless you do it manually and pick the people who you delegate to. It's a hustle IMHO to change it every week and wait for 7 days cooldown to pass.
I have my average values after 11 days and I will test some other things in 7 days.
