Always practice what you love. Cool video. That's a martial art that I've been interested in. One of the schools I attend offers it but I haven't taken the time to look into it.

Please do! The locking and throws are very helpful with my BJJ game. And my counters to submissions is really high. And I can hang with some very experienced BJJ players. Besides always having something new to show my training partners.

And yes the Filipino martial arts are good stuff. But exposure to various arts is What I preach.

I've done the world of martial arts. And it's helped me network and know amazing people. Kelly Worden from Seattle is one. I'd love to work with him but it's too far.

Guru John Daniels in Portland is another amazing teacher in Portland.

And so is Maha Guru Stevan Plinck! Ex 5th special forces retired. Nicest lethal weapon I know. And wildly talented teacher for sure!

Keep training and living martial arts!
