Is any one else having touble with uploading their thumbnail?

I'm having a heck of a time uploading my thumbnail to start a stream. Anyone else?

I got steaming on my test which worked fine. Next day Preparing to Dlive the day away, I entered a new encoder url, stream key, username, and password. And was still unable to upload a thumbnail. I tried it all, different computers, reinstalled my browser, the whole nine yards.

Maybe I did not disconnected properly or something. If anyone can help I would be very thankful. I'll upvote you till your dizzy.
